21.10.2014	Great for nectar, don't use for jelly! This is the best olrioe nectar feeder I've found. It comes apart easily, is easy to clean, and sits flat for filling. I sometimes just set the feeder on a table instead of hanging it. The male olrioes grip the brass hanger and lean down to feed. I call them my pole dancers. It's quite comical to watch. The olrioes and hummers came to the feeder almost as soon as I put it out.However, I recommend you do NOT put jelly in the indentations. As another reviewer reported, that is very dangerous to hummingbirds. They can't get to the nectar ports without being right between 2 piles of jelly. I also found a hummer stuck in the jelly. I took it inside cleaned the jelly off the best I could and then let it go. It did fly away, but I always put the jelly in a separate dish after that.This feeder is still the best nectar feeder around. I had an olrioe feeder with the soft ports, and the ports actually stuck on the olrioes bill when he pulled back from the feeder! I don't recomment that type at all. Firma windykacyjna Neutralne
